- Seal your boxes shut by adding on a double layer of tape. Avoid crisscrossing the tape.
- Indicate clearly about the content of each box and its designated area in the new location
- Each box should not exceed 20kg.
- Arrange heavier items at the base followed by lighter items
- Do not pack any flammable goods or explosives
- Do not pack any important documents or medications
- Empty your refrigerator at least 1 hour before the moving process and only switch it one 1 hour after the move to allow coolants to settle down
- Send your change of address to the relevant authorities
- Make the proper arrangements to disconnect and connect essential services like gas supply, water, electricity and internet etc.
- Make sure to disconnect and label wires from TV, computer and other systems
- Do a final inspection of your old location before leaving
